Why Queer Rights Need Constitutional Protection Explicitly

Europe's political situation is changing fast. Right-wing parties are growing stronger in many countries. Poland and Hungary have already attacked queer rights.
Germany can be an example for other countries. By protecting queer rights constitutionally, Germany sends a strong signal. Democracy means protecting everyone.
