American actor Joel Kim Booster feels pressure to maintain his appearance. He told this to GQ magazine in an interview.
Booster appeared in series like Shrill and Loot. He also wrote the Fire Island film script. When his career took off, he became known for his muscular body.
The 38-year-old actor says the pressure does not come only from Hollywood. He also demands much from his own appearance. "That feeling does not simply disappear," he said.
Although he is no longer the young rising talent, his body image still defines his brand. Booster himself finds that quite difficult actually.
